Our client is a leading player in the bridal fashion industry, known for its exceptional craftsmanship and innovative design. With a rich history of creating exquisite wedding dresses, they are dedicated to helping brides fulfill their dreams of a perfect wedding day.

For their office and warehouse location in Zwolle, our client is currently looking to an Operations Supervisor to oversee the workflow at their facilities to ensure they are efficient and successful. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the work of others, but also responsible for coaching, resolving issues, and serving as a link between your colleagues and upper management.

As this position requires your attendance in the office, we are currently seeking for someone who lives in or near Zwolle, and who are willing to come to the office location 5 days/week.

In this position, you will:

• Oversee workflow and coach employees, resolve issues, and liaise with upper management
• Monitor productivity and provide feedback, as well as prepare performance reports and recommend rewards
• Handle customer complaints and collaborate with the U.S. Customer Service Manager
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
• Act as a backup during personnel absences
• When needed, support with the recruitment of and train new employees

You are the one we are seeking for if you:

• Have prior experience of working in a supervisor or team lead position, ideally from a warehouse setting.
• Are fluent in English. If you speak Dutch or German that is a big plus!
• Have an eye for details and address issues with a problem-solving approach
• Have strong time management skills and has a good understanding of prioritizing your work
