Your responsibilities:

You will support Country Managing Director (CMD) / Local Sales Managers (LSM) with the strategic and local accounts and alignment with value propositions and region growth strategies.

You will provide functional leadership and coaching to digital sales.

You will be responsible for relationships with senior-level stakeholders in the region and country.

You will manage association groups' engagement in the Support CMD / LSMs with the strategic and local accounts and alignment with value propositions and region growth strategies.

You will provide functional leadership and coaching to digital sales.

You will manage association groups' engagement in the region.

You will establish, if required a cadence of regional Digital networks of segment stakeholders.

Your background:

Marketing and Sales experience of more than 5 years

Account management and/or business development skills are a plus.

Facilitation ability is a must.

High business level ~ native level Japanese is a must.

Proficiency in both spoken & and written English language is required.

A bachelor’s degree in engineering, especially system engineering is preferred.

A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in business administration is a plus.

More than 7 years of business experience in the field of Transmission and Distribution and/or industrial power receiving systems.
