JR50088 Staff Firmware Engineer - ASIC SOC DV

Job Responsibilities

• Develop custom Firmware for ONFI protocol interface IP and Integrate next-generation ONFI features to FW implementation
• Own custom Firmware architecture and Design to implement NAND feature requirements
• Responsible for aligning with NAND / Architecture team on the feature definition and implementation
• Work with Design/DV team to verify the features on Simulation / Emulation environment
• Involve in MUB / Silicon Bring-up / post-silicon debug activity and support FW bring-up
• Utilize developed ASIC test FW on RTL simulations, Netlist simulations and Emulation platforms.
  
  

Job Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FW implementation, HAL creation and Validation.
• Minimum 3 years of Processor based SoC verification experience with C tests.
• Good understanding on ARC/ARM processor pipeline architectures.
• Good understanding on ONFI / NAND protocol
• Solid Debugging / Design skills in Simulation / Emulation and Silicon
• Hands-on experience in FPGA / Emulation and Silicon BUB/BGA platform.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
