Randstad is currently recruiting for a Director of People to lead the Human Resources team for a prominent US-headquartered technology company in Bangalore, India. Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Min 20 yrs exp with MBA. Previous experience in a SaaS product company is mandatory.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional English communication skills (verbal and written) are essential, with the ability to engage with stakeholders across all levels, including the C-suite.
• Leadership: Strong leadership background with demonstrated experience in leading multi-functional HR teams, encompassing both business partnering and talent acquisition.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent in building relationships, networking, and stakeholder management.
• Change Management: Proven experience in driving change management efforts and HR project management.
• Data-Driven Insights: Ability to utilize metrics and trends to provide insights and recommend strategic changes.
• Feedback Orientation: Comfortable with giving and receiving direct feedback.
• Client Engagement: Serve as a senior counsel and account leader for senior-level clients.
• Goal-Oriented: Ensure attainment of annual profit, efficiency, and quality goals for each client engagement.
• Strategic Planning: Develop long-term and short-term plans and goals for the organization.
