Boost India is a boutique audience acquisition and growth strategy firm. Founded in 2018, we work with the purpose of enabling start-ups and SMEs overcome barriers to scale and achieve greater impact with their strategic and marketing initiatives. The current position is to support mandates in Education, & Healthcare verticals. The founding team comprises ISB, XLRI alumni, a serial entrepreneur (with successful exits) and ex senior management from global leading corporations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Grow Social Media Assets: Help create and grow social media assets, including test new social media features and engagement tactics. Publish compelling social content to drive engagement, brand awareness, traffic and conversion
Analyse Complex Problems: Break down ambiguous problems to find clear solutions using qualitative and quantitative methods.
Competitive Analysis: Study similar organisations, compare their digital performance, and find growth opportunities.
Consumer Insights: Gather and analyse market research data for consumer insights.
Collaborate Effectively: Work well with our diverse team and client representatives to find the best solutions and inspire action.
SKILLS, ATTRIBUTES & QUALIFICATIONS required:
Bachelor’s degree in any field with demonstration of academic achievement.
Tech-savvy
Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and best practices, KPIs, and emerging trends
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate Google and Microsoft suite knowledge: Excel, Google Forms, etc.
Keen learner, self starter with high integrity
High commitment & responsibility
Detail-oriented with organisational skills
Can-do attitude
