Job Responsibility:

Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive revenue growth

Experience in leading and working with inside sales teams

Manage Events globally

Manage Marketing Operations. Creation of reports/ dashboards to measure and glean insights into the efficiency of marketing campaigns

Knowledge /Deep experience in Marketing Automation and SalesForce.

Knowledge and experience of working with tools/ tech stack for campaign execution

10-15 year’s Experience in demand generation, marketing automation, account-based marketing, and marketing and sales operations

Preferred experience of demand generation with CX/ BPO companies


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.

Preferred experience of demand generation with CX/ BPO companies.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
