Summary:

The “Business system analyst” will be based in Coimbatore/ Chennai, reporting to Manager

In this role, you will be In-charge of for exploring complex business problems in order to solve them with automated, customized, developed and standardize systems implementations and solutions, also be in charge of designing details for automated systems and processes in order to make them more efficient. Also designing the framework and process, troubleshooting technical malfunctions, risk research working with stakeholders and delivering a solution that is viable and consistent.

What a typical day looks like:

• Supporting & coordinating all the Project Management Activities for LEO Program (Stream Meetings, Governance Meetings, Project status reporting, Headcount data etc.)
  
  

 Collaborating with various streams to collect the data, Data preparation & reporting.

• Maintain the central data relating to project & portfolio information, updating trackers, highlighting issues and dependencies and support associated administration including webpage & other share point maintenance.
• Preparation of MIS reporting on weekly and monthly basis
• Work with Project managers to support delivery of project tracking progress like project plan, action and decision trackers, Risks, Assumptions, Issues & Dependencies log etc.
• Review time reports and follow up with any resources to ensure that any missing time is captured and recorded correctly.
• Lead a project and implement projects through structural approach, using standard Project management methodology and best practices
• Implement governance standards across the portfolio, including tracking, monitoring, and updating the status or Projects/Programs
  
  

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Minimum of 1-4 years’ experience in the industry as Junior IT Project Manager
• Bachelor's or master’s degree In IT/Finance or a related field.
• knowledge in Finance Process would be preferable
• IT project management experience would be highly advantageous
• Strong experience in any MS Excel, MS PPT
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong inter-personal and go-getting skills -
