Venture Capital Investment Manager (m/f/d)

We are a Munich-based early-stage venture capital fund focused on B2B software. We invest in fast-growing Seed and Series A B2B software companies across Europe.

We are known for our "All-in commitment" pre- and especially post-investment. Besides our capital and network, this includes our full attention and knowledge in the areas of sales, PR & marketing, and expansion strategies – let’s go All-in together!

We are seeking to add one Investment Manager to our Munich office (remote in Berlin is also an option).

Tasks

• Source and drive exceptional investments in European B2B SaaS as part of a deal team
• Build your own investment theses and continue building the Alstin brand
• Support and lead parts of the investment processes end-to-end including due diligence, negotiation and portfolio management
• Expand your network and represent Alstin Capital in relevant ecosystems
  
  
  

Requirements

• Thriving through self-motivation in a small team, with a hands-on mentality
• Perfect balance of analytical mind and friendly networker
• Several years of top-tier VC experience, total experience of 3 years
• Outstanding academic records
• Fluent in English & German
