Quala is seeking an associate level User Experience Designer for a remote contract opportunity. You will be working within a Redmond, WA based company that is a leader in the software and consumer electronics industry.

The role will consist of 30% design heads down work, 30% meetings, and 30% collaborating with team members.
Job Responsibilities:
• Engages with the business development team and/or customer early on to seek a deeper appreciation of the customers’ business problem/goals.
• Lead products from scratch and improve features within a user-centered design process
• Work with multidisciplinary and cross product teams to deliver beautiful end-to-end user experiences across multiple screens
Candidate Requirements
• 5-7 overall years of experience
• Bachelors degree in industrial design or interactional design/UX design is preferred
• Experience with ProtoPie, Adobe products, Figma, and UX design.
• Experience in cross platform design
• Minimum 4 years of experience of working with multidisciplinary and cross product teams, delivering beautiful end-to-end user experiences across multiple screens
• Minimum 4 years’ Experience using design tools (Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, After effects as examples)
• Minimum 4 years Ability to lead products from scratch and improve features within a user-centered design
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
