Preparation of corporate and partnership tax returns for US businesses under the supervision of senior staff.
The portfolio includes companies with revenues ranging from $0-$100M, across a variety of industries including Tech Start-Up, Pharmaceuticals, Marketing, Consumer Products, and our personal favorite, French Wine and Desserts 😊
Preparation of state and local nexus analysis and calculation of apportionment factors.
Calculation of federal taxable income, and identification of book-to-tax differences.
Preparation of international tax forms, including 5472, 5471, 8865, 8858, 1042-S, 114 (no worries, we will show you the ropes).
Requirements
If you have:
At least a Bachelor's degree in accounting, or working towards completion.
At least 1-2 years of tax experience in a mid-sized firm CPA
Proficiency in at least one tax software.
An ability to respect deadlines or communicate in advance if not doable.
An appeal to work in autonomy but with taste for team' spirit.
An ability to maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
A work authorization in the US.
Working towards CPA is a plus.
