Senior Program Manager - M365 FastTrack and Partner Initiatives

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team and lead the management of new partner programs, working closely with various teams within the organization. The QTM team collaborates with engineering sponsors to design, develop, and operationalize new partner programs or incentives before scaling.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with business sponsors to define goals, requirements, and timelines, managing the process from inception to program launch.
• Project manage the design, implementation, and launch activities of new programs across cross-functional teams, development groups, and program sponsor organizations.
• Ensure successful transition of new programs into stable operations, overseeing all aspects of the "run state."
• Manage and oversee QTM programs throughout their lifecycle, including shutdown activities when necessary.
• Track, analyze, and report on the success metrics of programs to stakeholders and senior management.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QTM processes, documentation, and operational efficiencies.
• Maintain and update process, procedure, and workflow documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Lead special projects as capacity allows, driving strategic initiatives and contributing to organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of overall experience in program management roles.
• Proven track record in technical project management, ideally with 7 years in the field.
• Expertise in Azure DevOps (ADO), Dynamics, and Power BI is highly desired.
• Strong understanding and application of stakeholder management principles.
• PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with the FastTrack program and ability to articulate its value.
• Knowledge of the 365-product suite and its integration with partner programs.
