As our Senior Entertainment Manager, you will be at the helm of our immersive experience managing the tenants in each outlet, ensuring every detail is perfect. You'll dive into each project, from payroll and ticketing to operational hours and sales data analysis, optimizing every aspect to create unforgettable experiences. Your ability to manage and enhance these operations independently will be key to your success.
The Day-to-day
Lead and Innovate: Oversee all immersive outlets and tenants, ensuring smooth and seamless operations.
Detail-Oriented Management: Dive into the specifics of each project, including payroll, ticketing, operational hours, and sales data.
Independent Optimization: Take ownership of each experience, making it your own through continuous improvement and innovation.
Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding deals, and collaborating with marketing and revenue teams.
Analytical Expertise: Utilize your proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel to analyze data, create reports, and present insights to enhance performance.

What You Must Have
Bachelors degree or 4 years of equivalent work experience
2 years of prior management experience in Project Management, Creative Manager, Entertainment Manager or Interactive Manager
