Senior Accountant

Immediate need for a Sr. Accountant with a large, nationwide growing organization. This position offers a very competitive salary and excellent opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:

- Primary responsibility is to prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to

monthly close schedule

- Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures and assist with SEC reporting

- Analyze revenues, commissions, and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a

monthly basis

- Prepare monthly account reconciliations

- Assist with analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis and report on variances

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting or Finance

- Strong understanding of accounting theory

- CPA designation, preferred

- 2 years accounting/finance experience

- Audit experience preferred

This role is a hybrid schedule working 2 days a week in the office with 3 days remote.
