Job Title: Retail Stores Director

Direct Reports: Store Managers

FLSA: Exempt

Annual Salary: $90K-$120K USD based on experience plus bonus and commissions


Responsibilities:

•Build great teams and develop exceptional customer service best practices

•Ensure all stores deliver value and excellence to the clients

•Provide an excellent client book

•Teach all team members how to maintain and develop a client book

•Train all team members how to follow up with clients and keep records of results achieved through constant feedback and training

•Develop plans to increase sales or profitability for different locations

•Partner constantly with Store Managers and Sales Director on business strategies implementation to ensure the stores meet expectations

•Ensure operations run smoothly on the sales floor and on the stockroom

•Responsible for organization and implementation of in store events to enhance brand awareness and business growth

•Organize weekly meetings with the team to ensure all members are aligned and best practices are constantly followed

•Prepare various weekly/monthly reports for Management and Sales Director


Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

•4-5 years of previous Managerial experience in a Fashion Luxury Retail environment

•Accuracy when managing statistics and numbers

•Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

•Focused on business development and people management

•Detail-oriented and ability to envision all aspects of business

•High level of flexibility, including weekends and Holidays during peak season

•Down-to-earth approach, pragmatic mindset, hands-on experience

•Committed to ongoing learning and development

•Previous experience with European brands will be a plus

•Proficiency in Russian and/or Chinese is a plus
