UT Regional One Health is currently seeking a Provider Recruitment Specialist
A Brief Overview
Responsible for providing administrative support to all provider recruitment efforts and projects related to candidate sourcing, tracking, employee onboarding, reporting, and metrics. This position is also responsible for maintaining candidate documentation, enhancements to provider recruitment efforts and processes, as well as administrative tasks as assigned. Serves as the first point of contact to resolve issues related to onboarding, technology, marketing, vendor, and third-party contract concerns for recruitment-related processes. Responsible for process improvement, innovation, and sustainability of provider recruitment solutions. Will assist in the administration of overall HR functions and activities as necessary and/or required.
What You Will Do
Process oversight and serves as single point of contact for assigned area(s) of responsibility to include establishment of candidate pre-screening scheduling and on-site candidate interviews.
Responsible for maintaining documentation related to candidate tracking and onboarding scheduling.
Administers all position posting efforts across multiple venues and platforms.
Works with third party recruitment firms on candidate profile submissions and coordinating of action steps.
Leads and coordinates candidate interview process, scheduling and travel/lodging.
Plans and executes recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Processes work and purchase orders, check requests, travel arrangements for the provider recruitment department.
Qualifications
Associate's Degree or equivalent education/experience in Business Administration, HR or a closely related area. Required
At least 2 years experience of progressive HR administrative or provider practice management experience Required and
Prior recruitment experience Preferred
