As a Project Coordinator at Aretum, you will play a key role in supporting the successful execution of projects for our clients in the government sector.

Responsibilities{{:}}
Assist in the coordination and administration of projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget
Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders, including project managers, clients, and team members
Support the development and monitoring of project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for management
Organize and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, project plans, and risk registers
Assist in the preparation of project presentations and reports
Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and other project-related events
Support the identification and resolution of project issues and risks
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance project management practices
Track and identify action items to ensure completion
Create and/or review reports, briefings, processes and procedures, status reports, and other artifacts
Work with proposal and capture resources to support proposal writing
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in project management tools and software
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Experience working in a government contracting environment is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
