Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Networking, covering LAN, WAN, VMware, Cisco switches, routers, VLANS, creation of virtual networks, Cisco IOS, IP addressing, subnets, network protocols, and design.
Proficiency in Hardware with knowledge of major vendors like Cisco, Ubiquity, and UPS configuration.
Familiarity with Cloud Computing platforms such as Azure, Google, or AWS.
Proven expertise in Network Automation.
In-depth knowledge of Network Security including hardware and software firewalls, Cisco Firepower, and secure firewall configuration.
Experience in Network Scripting with proficiency in batch jobs, Microsoft scheduling tool, PERL, and PYTHON (desirable).
Strong background in Network Troubleshooting and Analysis using common tools like NetMON, Traceroute, and basic scripting.
Master of Science in Information Systems Management or related field.
Preferred certifications include Cisco CCNA and CCNP.
Other certifications such as Net , CISA, Microsoft Administrator, VMWare, and Azure are also beneficial.
