Job Opportunity – Injection Molding Operator with Kadant Black Clawson in Northern Cincinnati

1st Shift: Mon-Fri (7AM to 3:30PM)
As the Injection Molding Operator with Kadant Black Clawson, you will be responsible for accurately operating various injection molding machines. You will exercise special care to ensure the machines are running correctly and producing parts that must meet high quality standards. Some additional responsibilities of this position include:
Managing raw molding materials in a way that ensures traceability and prevents contamination.
Operating injection molding machines ranging from 400 tons to 1100 tons.
Recommending measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
Accurately recording job transactions.
Other requirements of this position include:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience running machines in a manufacturing environment.
Experience operating plastic injection molding machines preferred, but not required.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measuring equipment (i.e. micrometers, calipers, PI tape, etc.).
Ability to operate a forklift and overhead crane.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
