Position Summary:

This role is part of the Strategy, Business Development, and Marketing team, with a direct reporting line to the Chief Strategy Officer of St. Luke's. The primary mandate is to ensure operational efficiency, seamless integration, and the timely execution of all departmental and Chief Strategy Officer-initiated initiatives, using strong analytical and data management skills. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs all duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 5 years of Healthcare experience in strategic planning, operations, or finance

Education: Bachelor’s Degree
