Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Technical Support Manager located in Lafayette, Louisiana. The responsibilities include managing support tickets, providing timely technical assistance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and collaboration with internal teams. You will be troubleshooting and maintaining a variety of water treatment products, including but not limited to electrochlorination systems. Qualifications Must be in or able to relocate to Lafayette, Louisiana, US Bachelor's degree in a relevant field OR 3 years of experience in customer service or technical support role Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills Analytical Skills and Technical Support experience Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to effectively manage customer support channels Experience in the Oil & Gas is a plus Preferred : Experience with water treatment technologies, electrical circuits, control systems, and diagnostic tools 401(k) Matching Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Time Off Options Application Process If you are a qualified candidate with the necessary skills and experience, we invite you to apply and join our team to contribute to the success of our cutting-edge water treatment products.
