As the Manager of Clinical Operations, you will work alongside our Medical Director, Engineering, Clinical and Coaching teams to provide best-in class patient care and experience for our members.


This role requires strategic thinking and collaboration across the organization to help develop approaches that increase efficiencies for providers to deliver care and chart as seamlessly as possible while also maintaining high quality encounters and clinician retention and satisfaction.


Responsibilities Include:


Technological Expertise:

  • Identifying any gaps in delivering clinical care effectively and efficiently, and working with the engineers to solve problems and optimize technology solutions
  • Leveraging technology and the EHR to increase access and to optimize the telehealth experience for Lifeforce members.
  • In addition to the high level of strategic thinking this role requires, the candidate will also be responsible for day-to-day clinical operations, managing workflows, troubleshooting and assisting the clinical team in delivering care as seamlessly as possible.
  • Managing key project initiatives related to OKRs and systems and process changes
  • Maintaining telehealth scheduling and optimizing the telehealth calendar
  • Supporting clinical growth and innovation through evaluation of market- and clinical best practices, translating these insights into recommendations to inform our roadmap
  • Monitoring and analyzing service line performance, reviewing existing data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and partnering with Clinical, Product, Member Experience teams to drive execution
  • Analyzing provider KPIs and drive product decisions
  • Interfacing directly with our clinical care team to guide provider concerns


Pharmacy Operations:

  • Assisting the Medical Director in helping to optimize pharmacy operations and ensuring members receive their medications promptly.
  • Keeping pharmacy partners accountable in meeting SLAs and quality standards.


Clinical team:

  • Onboarding new clinicians and conducting training on Lifeforce systems and processes
  • Staying apprised of telemedicine laws and regulations and ensure compliance
  • Maintaining clinician licenses and DEA certifications, ensuring they are current and active
  • Assisting Medical Director in capacity planning and hiring
  • Ensuring compliance with advanced practice providers (NPs and PAs)
  • Managing clinicians’ telehealth schedule and invoices


Provider Enrollment and Revenue Cycle Management:

  • Credentialing and Contracting with Private Payors (BCBS, Aetna, United, etc)
  • Front end RCM management- client facing
  • Versed in EHR, ICD-10 and CPT coding


You Should Get In Touch If You Are/Have:

  • 2 years of experience in a telehealth care operations, care management, or care coordination role
  • 2 years experience with RCM and have experience credentialing clinical team
  • Experience working in a 100% remote environment
  • Experience working as a part of an interdisciplinary care team
  • Experience collaborating closely with a Product team or Product managers
  • Experience with insurance reimbursement, billing and coding
  • Experience with HIPAA
  • A strong interest and passion for wellness, fitness and nutrition
  • Are tech-savvy and can quickly acquire proficiency with the new systems and tooling
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Energized by a team environment, and thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere and successfully collaborate with diverse groups at all levels of the organization when needed
  • Strong time management skills and can work independently with minimal supervision. Sense of urgency and can execute enhancements quickly
  • Enjoy a mix of day to day responsibilities along with high level strategy and project initiatives
