Society is failing men. It is increasingly putting men under pressure to lead perfect lives. However, 74% of people feel that the pillars of society are not doing enough to facilitate societal wellbeing. Put simply, life is getting tougher for men. And it is hard to get the most out of life.
Pitstop is an ambitious maletech company that recently launched the first app to improve men's lives, our vision of the world in 2030 is millions of men taking daily pitstops to reach that goal.
We are seeking a CEO to lead the business. In this pivotal position you will oversee the development and execution of strategy to successfully achieve our vision.
The CEO Role
Transition this role from our VP of Marketing (Napua Solsona), who is currently Interim CEO.
Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with our vision. Work closely with the Founder & Chairman (Emmett Kilduff)on items including vision.
Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure excellence in execution.
Play an active role in our next round of fundraising, driving efforts to secure the necessary capital for growth.
Inspire, motivate and support colleagues to become the best they can be.
Continue to develop a culture that marries with our purpose.
Leverage advice from our Advisory Panel which includes JJ Aguhob (led UX at Tiktok) and Chanelle Mather-Shapiro (ex Fabulous).
Report to the Board on a monthly basis. The NEDs are Thomas Copeman and Steve Davies.
Your Qualifications
Your background / personal story is relevant to our North Star.
You are passionate about helping to improve the lives of millions of men around the world.
Minimum of 5 years c-suite experience scaling a successful app, particularly with wellbeing or digital health.
Demonstrated commitment to understanding and meeting the needs of B2C and B2B customers, ensuring high levels of user satisfaction and engagement.
Proven ability to fundraise e.g. seed, Series A, Series B etc.
Proven ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing startup environment.
The US is our biggest market opportunity therefore we have a preference for the CEO to be based there.
Experience managing a fully remote team is preferred.
