Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Return all phone messages promptly.
• Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
  
  

Requirements

• Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Must be highly self-motivated, driven and goal-oriented.
• Career minded vision.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
• Weekends are required; work every other Saturday and an occasional Sunday.
• Shift differential paid on evenings and weekends.
