Sports Coach

The Supply Register are recruiting candidates to join our supply bank to work at The Birley Academy in Sheffield, for September.

We are looking for sports coaches to join their modern school on a supply cover basis. You do not need to be a qualified teacher.

You will be working across the P.E department and picking up cover across other subjects too.

Your experience may come from working in schools already, or at youth clubs and/or sports clubs.

Start date: September

The Successful Applicant Will

Be passionate about health and wellbeing

Be inventive and ‘think outside of the box’ in their approach to coaching

Be able to showcase their knowledge of supporting students

A proven record of working with children or young people

Be able to work well as part of a team

Hold high expectations of all students

Be able to use their initiative in meeting the needs of the student, depending on their individual communication, and learning skills
