We’re looking for passionate and committed individuals who share our values and want to invest in continuously improving patient experience. Our reception team meet and greet our patients on a daily basis and are the first friendly face to meet our patients.

If you are looking for a new challenge and are interested in joining our wonderful University Hospitals of Derby and Burton (UHDB) team and you feel passionate about patient care then we would love to hear from you.

The post holder is required to provide reception / clerical support ensuring that the professional and caring image of the department is maintained at all times.

The post will involve a combination of patient contact, both directly and over the telephone, consultant and staff enquiries and a range of clerical duties intended to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the departmental systems.
