The job:

As a Technical Product Owner at Neobrain, you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic product team, which is composed of 11 highly skilled professionals across Product Data, Product Features, and Product Design. You will be instrumental in one of our four specialized squads, working closely with a tech lead, front-end and back-end developers, and a product designer. This role is tailored for individuals who are keen on leveraging their technical skills to enhance our product offerings and facilitate seamless client deployments.

Missions:

• Technical Deployment & Integration: Oversee the technical aspects of client deployments, including configuring and customizing our platform to meet client needs. Ensure smooth integration with client systems through complex API connections.
• Data Management & Analysis: Manage and interpret complex data formats such as CSV files, ensuring accurate data import/export and integration with our platform. Utilize technical documentation to understand and troubleshoot data-related issues.
• Product Technical Roadmap: Develop and maintain a technical roadmap, focusing on continuous improvement of our platform's integration and deployment capabilities. Collaborate with the engineering team to prioritize technical enhancements.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Lead training sessions to ensure that customer-facing teams are well-versed in the technical aspects of our product.
• Agile Project Management: Facilitate scrum ceremonies with a technical focus, ensuring that all team members are aligned on technical requirements and project milestones.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary technical liaison between the development team and clients or internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of technical requirements and capabilities.
  
  

Profile required:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in product ownership or product management, preferably in the HR tech or AI-driven solutions sector.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and product development life cycle.
• Strong skills in API integrations, data management, and reading technical documentation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus given Neobrain’s global presence.

• Successful Client Deployments: Measure the effectiveness and efficiency of deploying our platform for new clients.
• API Integration Success Rate: Track the success rate of API integrations with client systems.
• Data Integration Accuracy: Evaluate the accuracy and efficiency of data imports/exports.
