The amazing you, will have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or similar;
• 3 years of experience as a L2 Support
• Experience with Linux, ITIL, SQL, Service Now.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Fluent in English and Portuguese;
• Being already in Portugal and Porto- available for a hybrid model
