Key Responsibilities

A well suited candidate will hold experience and skill gained throughout previous temporary assignments, but will also be confident in the following areas:

  • Event management
  • Governance support
  • Diary/inbox management
  • Travel/accommodation booking
  • Facilitation of recruitment processes and inductions
  • AOG contract administration

Key Skills

  • Strong interpersonal
  • Personable and eager approach to the role
  • Extensive administration experience within a well-established organisation
  • High level of coordination ability
  • Leadership capabilities to transfer to junior colleagues
