Supply Chain Program Manager


Full-time: 38 hours per week


Every week, more than 15 million customers visit one of our 2600 stores in Europe, and we regularly open new stores and distribution centers. This presents a growing logistical challenge, where we collaborate internationally to get more than 6,000 products to stores at the lowest price. From our international headquarters in Zwaagdijk-Oost, we continue to make significant strides, and as an Supply Chain Program Manager in our Outbound Team, you play a crucial role in this transformation. Your Daily Actions


As our Supply Chain Program Manager (Outbound), you'll play a pivotal role in transforming our Supply Chain organisation. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

  • Transformation Program: Support the Head of Supply Chain - Outbound to oversee all initiatives in the program, keeping track of overall business targets and objectives. Liaise with the Supply Chain Management Team and other functions to support alignment and decision-making processes.
  • Work Transition: Plan and manage multiple projects according to the agreed methodology, ensuring all key stakeholders are aligned. Facilitate steerco meetings and manage escalations and changes.
  • Internal Stakeholder Management: Proactively align with internal stakeholders, ensuring they are kept up-to-date on the status of outstanding issues.
  • Reporting/KPI Management: Administer workflow of all implementation processes, provide support to team members, and ensure achievement of implementation within the given time and budget.
  • People Management: Build and lead project teams, inspire enthusiasm, and create a positive attitude towards work. Lead and coach project managers.


This is You


You’re a seasoned program manager with a strong background in supply chain operations. You work well independently and thrive under pressure. You have:

  • A university degree with at least a Bachelor’s level in a relevant field.
  • 10 years of direct program transition or project management experience, with responsibility for at least 4 complex projects.
  • Expertise in operations and supply chain knowledge.
  • Prince2 certification, along with Six Sigma or Lean Management certification, is a plus.
  • Strong capabilities in Microsoft Office and MS Project.
  • Fluent in English (Dutch and additional languages are a plus).
