As a HR Business Leader you'll be stepping into the heart of our organizational growth, partnering closely with our well-established management team to maximize the effectiveness of our talented workforce. As a key contributor, you'll play a vital role in delivering measurable and sustained HR solutions that position our company as the Employer of Choice. Moreover, you'll have the opportunity to spearhead HR projects and initiatives, spreading positive change throughout our entire organization. And while you'll primarily work remotely, occasional visits to Vierpolders will allow you to connect face-to-face with our dedicated teams and foster a sense of unity across the company.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with managers globally, translating strategic business plans into people-oriented initiatives.
  • Supervise and mentor HR Business Partners responsible for particular countries or regions, ensuring consistency and alignment with overall HR strategy.
  • Oversee talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Be part of exciting organizational changes, offering advisory support on issues infl uencing people (organizational structure, leadership change, promotions) and implementing effective communication plans.
  • Conduct workforce planning and organizational design to support business growth and agility.
  • Contribute to the performance management process and collaborate on the development of employee development plans.
  • Ensure HR professionals are trained on the processes.
  • Implement HR projects and initiatives across the HR function and company wide.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on key HR metrics and trends.
  • Identify areas for improvement based on data analysis and develop strategies to address them.


Requirements:

  • 10 years of HR experience
  • Fluent in English, other European language would be an asset
  • Payroll and benefits experience would be advantageous
  • Expert in MS Office suite
  • Strong planning, organizational, and delivery skills
  • Creative thinking and adaptability - ability to ‘think outside the box’
  • Strong leadership skills, demonstrating independence and initiative without needing constant direction
  • Ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion
