About the opportunity: In the role of Production Artist you’ll create pixel-perfect files for both digital and print executions. You’ll move fluidly in a Mac OS environment, between Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google’s G Suite.

Collaborating with our creative and account teams, you’ll oversee assets and specs, sharpen workflows, and build to templates that adhere to client brand guidelines. What You’ll Do

• Become an expert in Figma, the core design platform we use
• Create balanced and beautiful layouts
• Prepare files for release to our clients: emails, in-app and web assets, print deliverables, and files for animation
• Take on some smaller responsibilities from our Sr. ADs by helping to:
• Apply feedback to 2nd and 3rd rounds of design
• Search for imagery (client asset libraries and stock sites)
• Update client-facing presentation decks
• Contribute to different stages of the production process, from setting styles and layouts to cutting formats and language versioning
• Partner with creative and account management teams, maintaining open dialog and visibility of the duration of projects
• Partner with CDs and ACDs to help refine processes and template updates, and other opportunities for optimization
• Collaborate with members of our dedicated global team: art directors, copywriters, project managers, and specialized support resources
  
  

Your Knowledge And Areas Of Expertise

• 5 years of experience in digital and print production
• Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) as well as G Suite (Drive, Docs, Slides, and Sheets)
• A solid understanding of typography, color spaces, and page layout
• Adaptability when working to sometimes-rigid brand and process guidelines
• Experience managing multiple file versions, naming conventions, and assets in a matrix
• Experience with motion design and After Effects is a plus
• Experience in art of silhouetting; additional retouching skills are a plus

• A willingness to own the ins and outs of our production process to assist in the onboarding of newer team members
• Organization and pride in tidy docs; you know how to keep your files, layers, and folders organized, and are always on the lookout for process efficiencies
• A positive, can-do attitude and the confidence to share your perspective
• The ability to handle repetitive tasks and stay focused
