Responsibilities
Job Description - Business Development Manager We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager at Crio you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by expanding our presence in the Ed Tech sector. Responsibilities:
Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve targets and objectives.
Generating a pool of prospects by identifying the need of up-skilling depending on the students area of interest.
Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding solutions to clients.
Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to the sales team.
Ensure to meet daily deliverables & achieve weekly/monthly enrolment target.
Ensuring achievement of daily KRAs and achieve weekly/monthly enrollment targets of the team Qualications (preferred but not compulsory):
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related eld.
Minimum of 4 years of proven Business Development experience (Ed-tech experience preferred)
At least 2 years of team handling or leadership experience.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
Results-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding targets.
Team player with the ability to collaborate eectively
