As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and training & development. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for various positions.
• Organize and manage employee engagement activities and events.
• Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
• Support quarterly reviews, performance ratings, and performance improvement plans.
• Coordinate training programs and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate employee records and manage timesheets and attendance.
• Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR or a related role.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
