Job Profile- Process Knowledge on Weld shop or BIW, Assembly, Fabrication SOP Preparation.  Knowledge of DCP, PFMEA  Knowledge of Engineering drawings  Exposure to Jigs & Fixture, Tooling’s  Knowledge of Process Planning - Process design, Layout Planning- layout Design.  Experience on Equipment Planning, installation & process validation  Capacity expansion for existing set-up by Bottleneck identification & elimination by Kaizen & cycle time reduction.  New technology introduction for supporting the desirable Manufacturing process  Proactively Identification of defects/ gaps to design fool proofing in each process.  Reducing the Inventory Cost of Process tooling & its elements. Desired Skills -  Should have working knowledge of SAP  Hands on experience on 3D software Pro-E, AUTO CAD  7QC Tools  Conversant with working on MS – Office, Excel Preferred Industry – 2 wheeler/ 3wheeler Automobile Industry
