The role of Digital & IT at Energy Networks is to drive standardization of processes and IT and to scale automation and digitization. The Energy Networks Digital & IT team at E.ON SE is part of the overall team across all our Energy Networks business units and Digital Technology.

The team Alignment & Strategy within Energy Networks Digital & IT establishes one holistic view for the three dimensions Digital, IT and OT, defines strategy, manages the portfolio of projects, and manage the costs of operations and projects.

A job that inspires

• You are responsible to create and maintain transparency about all ongoing digital & IT initiatives at E.ON Energy Networks
• You actively manage priority, dependency and status of digital & IT initiatives based on our strategy and the acceleration framework and integrate upcoming solutions and projects
• Therefor it is crucial to work closely together with all national and international Business Units and build up strong working relationships. You act in alignment with the Transformation Managers to ensure business buy-in.
• You know all Digital & IT initiatives like the back of your hand and are always able to provide information to board members, managing directors, SteerCos and Business Units
• A key part of your job is the optimization of the comprehensive project portfolio to avoid duplication of work while incorporating local business requirements
• For the overarching Portfolio Management you work very closely together with our strategy team and build the essential bridge to implementation.
• Another important part of your job is to develop valid measures to track execution and value creation properly
  
  
  

A convincing background

• University Diploma / Master’s degree preferably in business informatics, economics or equivalent
• Broad operational experience in project or portfolio management ideally paired with insights from within the grid or energy business
• Very good analytical skills and solution-oriented thinking
• Ability to work in matrixed environments and hybrid teams, social skills
• Communicational skills to work with all different regional units
• Business fluent English, written and spoken
