A degree from a recognized University in Computer Science or similar discipline is preferred, but an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.Please state the degree achieved, the name of institution and date.
A minimum of fifteen (15) years of IM/IT experience.
A minimum of five (5) years as a Senior Programmer/Systems Analyst
A minimum of three (3) years experience as an Application / Solutions Architect
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Demonstrated experience working with Provincial Health Care and Electronic Health Care applications in a Canadian context.
Demonstrated experience developing, documenting, coding, testing and implementing technical solutions to meet the business requirements.
Demonstrated experience with large software systems consisting of web interfaces, batch processes, time-based transactions, long running transactions and multiple integration points.
Demonstrated experience in architecture where multiple systems and domains must be considered from an enterprise view.
Demonstrated experience with system performance analysis and optimization.
Demonstrated experience as a .Net developer
Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft SQL Server
Demonstrated experience as a developer with JAVA, Java Script.
Demonstrated experience in security relating to data confidentiality and client privacy issues in application design and development
