Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, including assessments, interviews, and diagnostic tests, to determine clients' mental health conditions
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on the client's needs, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and nurses, to ensure holistic and coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to ethical guidelines
- Monitor clients' progress throughout treatment, adjusting therapeutic approaches as necessary
- Offer crisis intervention services when required, providing immediate support and guidance to individuals in distress
- Stay informed about the latest research, advancements, and best practices in the field of psychology
- Participate in professional development activities, including attending workshops and conferences, to enhance knowledge and skills
- A doctoral degree (Ph.D., Psy.D., or Ed.D.) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an accredited institution
- Active state licensure as a Psychologist, in accordance with the laws and regulations of the location where practicing
- Proven experience in conducting psychological assessments, diagnosing mental health conditions, and developing treatment plans
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients
- Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to client care
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
