Role: Operations Support Engineer

New York, NY

Fulltime

Experienced hands-on (5 years) Linux, WebSphere, Java production operational support analyst.

Having skills to maintain Java solutions and process operational data tasks and maintenance.

Respond and resolve incidents for the on-prem solutions.

Finally, facilitate development for the new cloud solutions for tasks such as data migration, and analysis.

Experience with AWS and ServiceNow a plus.
