Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Lead Cook, located on-site in Kingston, TN. The Lead Cook will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and ensuring the quality and timely preparation of meals. Duties include meal planning, recipe creation, food preparation, inventory management, and managing kitchen staff. The Lead Cook will also collaborate with other departments, such as event planning and dining services, to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
