Role Title: Network Engineering Manager
Service Line: Permanent
Preferred Location: Bonita Springs, FL (onsite requirements to be confirmed)
We are seeking a Network Engineering Manager with profound technical expertise and strategic management capabilities to lead the design, installation, and management of enterprise networking solutions and related components. This role also involves providing high-level input on system architecture and design changes, as well as analyzing and resolving system hardware, software, and networking issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, installation, and management of enterprise networking solutions.
Provide strategic input on system architecture and design changes.
Analyze and resolve system hardware, software, and networking issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
10-12 years of experience in networking.
Cisco CCNP certification.
Extensive experience (10 years) in installing, upgrading, and maintaining Cisco ISR routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Solid understanding of IP routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).
Expertise in Cisco ASA, Routing, Switching, QoS, Meraki WAP, and SolarWinds Monitoring.
Familiarity with TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, DMVPN, SDWAN.
Experience with LAN hardware, including patch panels, Fiber Optic, Cat5e, and Cat6 wiring.
Strong working knowledge of technologies related to network infrastructure.
Proficiency in supporting IP Telephony, Linux, Microsoft Server, Windows, and SolarWinds monitoring tools.
