Job Description

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend services and APIs.
• Implement scalable and high-performance solutions to handle large volumes of data and traffic.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Optimize application performance through tuning, profiling, and scaling.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of backend systems.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning sessions.
• Work closely with QA engineers to ensure comprehensive test coverage, including unit and integration tests.
• Investigate and resolve issues reported in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Java programming language and its ecosystem (Spring Framework, Hibernate, etc.).
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
