Location: Bartow, FL

Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hour, depending on experience

Hours: 7:30am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday

Duration: Temporary to Possible Hire

Job Description

  • Handle reception and visitor duties
  • Prepare documents, make calls, coordinate meetings, schedule interviews and send calendar invites
  • Oversee events for facility to include meals and setup for meetings and lunches
  • Coordinate eScreens and evaluations for new hires and existing personnel
  • Assist with new hire orientation
  • Scan and email records for personnel files of employees
  • Backup for Accident / Incident reporting
  • Backup for HR Coordinator

Job Requirements

  • Strong oral, written and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail
  • 2 years’ experience working in a HR support role, preferably in manufacturing
  • Experience with MS Office 365 Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams
  • Bilingual skills, English / Spanish is preferred
