Compensation: $20-$24/hourly

Location: FULLY ONSITE in Oklahoma City, OK

Helpdesk Support Specialist

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Helpdesk Support Specialist to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Answer inquiries regarding computer software or hardware
• Installing software and perform hardware testing remotely
• First line of support for service center team
  
  

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• SCCM, ServiceNow and Active Directory
• Over the phone troubleshooting experience
• Strong customer service experience
• Associates degree in computer related field and/or equivalent training
• 2 years of experience in helpdesk role.
