Position: HCM Analyst

We are currently seeking a dedicated HCM Analyst to join our team. This role entails delivering product implementation and support services, from client consultations to training and project documentation, for our Human Capital Management (HCM) products and software as a service.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal project management teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Consult with clients' key stakeholders to understand their HR guidelines, payroll setup, and reporting requirements.

Provide expert advice on implementation strategies and best practices.

Conduct thorough discovery sessions to document functional specifications for system setup.

Configure software to optimize client HR/payroll workflows and processes.

Conduct client training sessions on the iSolved platform as needed.

Facilitate client status update calls to address issues and provide recommendations.

Maintain exceptional customer service standards to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to integrate project deliverables effectively.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

3-5 years of experience in systems integration or HRMS product implementation.

Ability to interpret tax rules at state, federal, and local levels for software configuration.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Comfortable conducting customer-facing meetings.

Excellent written communication abilities.

Demonstrated track record of delivering quality solutions on time.

Functional HR and payroll knowledge within a business setting.

Ability to multitask and manage tasks with minimal direction.

Understanding of accounting fundamentals and HR/payroll best practices.

Familiarity with payroll and HR reporting.
