Job Description

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a crucial role in nurturing young minds and fostering their development. Responsibilities include:

Planning and implementing creative and engaging activities based on our curriculum and educational standards.

Supporting children in achieving developmental milestones, conducting observations, and assisting with schoolwork or remote learning.

Ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children and families.

Actively supervising activities and maintaining open communication with children, parents, and colleagues to meet the needs of each child in our care.

Position Details

Open availability preferred; occasional shifts may vary based on enrollment.

Afternoon/evening positions available.

Qualifications

Experience in working with children preferred, but not required.

Knowledge of early childhood education and curriculum planning is advantageous.

Ability to interact positively with parents, caregivers, and guardians.

Comfortable with a flexible schedule and able to adapt to changing needs.

High School Diploma/GED required; CDA, Associates, or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Clean background check and CPR/First Aid certification required (must be completed within 90 days of hire).
