Job Description

• Performing takeoffs from architectural and possibly HVAC drawings
• Attending site visits to document installation of various building assemblies, such as insulation, windows, lighting, and possibly some types of HVAC equipment
• Assist and ultimately perform blower door testing
  
  

Qualifications

• Associates degree/technical school and work experience in related field
• Understand architectural drawings, and/or HVAC drawings
• Knowledge of building construction and blower door tests
• Ability to write reports for site visits and site observations a plus
