Our client is a growing collection agency looking for an experienced Director of Collections with 3rd party collection agency experience.

Responsibilities of Director of Collections include:
Coach collection managers regarding collections policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with FDCPA, TCPA, FCRA and other government regulations and company policies.
Monitor performance metrics.
Provide leadership in quality and process improvement initiatives.
Assist in hiring and training.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years recent experience managing at a collection agency.
Hands-on with ability to mentor collection managers and collectors
Strong on collection strategy and tactics including mid and large balance portfolios.
Able to manage portfolios to hit targeted liquidation rates.
Analytic abilities including working knowledge of Excel.
