Leadenhall Search & Selection are currently partnered with a top boutique consultancy. We are searching for an Account Director to lead our client's largest account with a consumer electronics client.


Our client has a headcount of around 100 and you will be based out of their headquarters in Empire State Building, New York Office.


The Role

  • Sole Executive Director of our client's largest account.
  • You will be working with a telecom, consumer electronics company and you will be helping work on NPI and sustainability.
  • Projects will range from Supply chain and Procurement to Organisational Design, R&D Strategy and Due Diligence.
  • You will also get insight to their Private Equity and Social Impact projects through cross team exposure.
  • This role will not involve any business development, as your focus will be on the delivery of this account.

The Person

  • 12 years of consulting experience working on delivery - ideally with operational excellence, procurement and supply chain processes.
  • Experience with telecom, consumer electronics/hardware clients.
  • Highly personable and communicative. You must be able to cultivate and sustain positive relationships with an existing long-standing client.
  • Experience dealing with difficult stakeholders and c-suites.
  • A degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics or Science is preferred. If you do not have one of these degrees, you must be confident that you have strong numerical skills.

As this is a niche role, our client is willing to pay above market price for the right candidate. Ballpark salaries can be discussed over the phone.
