Job Description
Perform consultant and business analyst roles on business to business (B2B) software implementation projects
Provide functional support on projects
Proactively engage with stakeholders at all levels throughout the implementation process to analyze the customers’ needs and alignment with requirements
Maintain a detailed knowledge of the software being implemented
Work in partnership with the FCID project manager on your projects to own the solution
Contribute to continued process improvement, and develop repeatable methodologies and best practices, while maintaining thorough project documentation
Demonstrate solid verbal and written communication skills
Recommend implementation resourcing and high level planning on prospective project opportunities.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies relevant to the food industry and software implementation
Essential Requirements:
Outstanding general consulting skills (soft skills, structured thinking, effective report writing, communication, presenting, and stakeholder engagement)
Knowledge and experience of significant aspects of related disciplines such as Enterprise Software, Enterprise Architecture, Agile Software Development and Digital Technologies
Experience with Manufacturing or Retail industries including specific experience with enterprise supply chain solutions.
At least 3 years of IT consulting experience
Ability to operate in a fluid environment and comfortable with high levels of uncertainty.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s or graduate degree. Major in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Food Sciences
Experience with Process Manufacturing industries
Experience with implementing and administering Oracle Fusion Cloud Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) or Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management for Process
