This is an exciting opportunity for a Chief Technology Officer to join a leading company within the EV Charging space who have recently raised funding and focus on developing charging infrastructure for residential usage including, single family homes, duplexes and multifamily units. This company have a large portfolio of open charging SaaS platforms and energy management solutions.

As they hit this next phase of growth the are looking for a seasoned Chief Technology Officer to join the team overseeing the entire engineering function of the business which equals 110 people. This individual will create and drive technical strategy for the entire organization, along with scaling their flagship EV SaaS platforms used to manage charging infrastructure for residential usage and launch new EV infrastructure into the market.

Responsibilities🔨:

• Manage and scale Engineering division of 110 people
• Develop existing EV SaaS platform, and launch new software platforms into the market
• Created and execute vision and strategy for organization
• Stay at the forefront of EV Charging technologies and identify opportunities for technology and product integration.
• Define and execute a comprehensive technological strategy and roadmap for EV charging products. Align the roadmap with the broader EV vision, latest market trends, and customer insights.

Requirements 📑:

• 10 years of experience managing highly effective technology teams in fast-paced environments
• 5 years MIN of engineering experience within EV Charging or E-mobility space
• Strong track record of delivering EV specific software platforms in a customer facing environment
• Strong experience scaling engineering teams of 40 people
• Extensive experience setting vision and strategy within the EV space
• Extensive experience scaling SaaS EV or Mobility software
• Startup/scaleup experience highly desired
